    • Where level access is necessary and gravity drainage is not practicable, the
    Phlexiflow Shower Waste Pump System offers a variety of options to suit most
    installations. No more disturbed family and neighbours with this extremely
    quiet Shower Waste Pump. Quiet and inconspicuous, this pump will easily
    cope with the output of all electric shower and most mixer valves. Factory
    preset, this pump will quietly and effectively remove between 7 to 9 litres of
    water per minute, enough to cope with all popular shower installations.
    For the larger shower room or higher output showers, the Phlexiflow Shower
    Waste Pump can be easily adjusted on site to cope with up to 12 litres per
    minute. Automatically operated via a flow switch fitted to the mains water supply
    to an electric shower. (For a mixer valve 2 flow switches are required*)

    All packs are supplied with one flow switch making it compatible for use with
    a single supply of water (i.e. an electric shower.) If the pump is to be used in a
    situation where there are two supplies of water (i.e. hot and cold to a shower
    mixing valve) a second flow switch must be installed to enable the pump to
    operate effectively. Product reference P68214.94

    To encourage maximum efficiency the shower waste pump should be
    located as close to the shower waste gully as possible, in a position to ensure
    easy access with the underside of the pump casing 150mm-225mm from
    the floor.
    This system uses 15mm pipework on both the inlet and outlet of the
    shower waste pump and comes complete with a 15mm to 38mm adaptor to
    enable easy connection to the existing waste system.
